Dr. Whatnot

It seemed like a good idea when I started it.

I think this absurd idea was partly inspired by James Hance, who paints all things Muppety and crossover-ish better than I could ever hope to. Anyways, this is three days with prismacolor pencils and a lot of old Tom Baker Dr. Who watching because it was a good excuse. I just hope the colors are okay, because my monitor seems to be a little messed up.
Incidentally, that was supposed to be a bag of jelly babies he's holding.
