Dirk's arrest

I'm not sure I'll ever ink and color it. Just an attempt at drawing Dirk Gently/Svlad Cjelli being carted off to jail in his college days. I bet he never graduated, because of it. There was kind of an implication that he never went back. Anyway, this drawing sent me searching all over the net for costume reference for the cambridgeshire constabulary, and then taught me that 'black maria' is a slang for a police car, and not any specific model. Effing brilliant Rey. All these years I had this image of him being driven off in a black car.
Now that I've drawn a much younger Dirk, I'd probably draw the college-age version different, but this was drawn before the young Svlad Cjelli pictures.
