I've just hit the one-year anniversary for being unemployed, and it does not feel good. I've had some odd jobs in between, and one job I quit after two weeks because I was losing money driving to work locations, but basically our rent and bills continue to be paid only thanks to the generosity of friends. Help a poor artist out and give me some commission work? I've lost my job, my girlfriend lost her job, we've had a sick cat that cost more than a month's rent to still not find out what's wrong... I know things are tough all over, but yeesh.

On the other hand, it gives me more time to draw.
